1. OPERATIONAL SUPERVIVOR
- Monitor production process
- Ensure compliance with safety regutions
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for maintanance personal etc
2. MAINTENANCE OFFICER
- Supervise and lead a team of quality technicians, provide guidance, traning support, and pertormance feedback
- Develop and execute maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the proper hanetioning of machinery and eguipment
- Maintain inventory of spare part, tools and equipment requiredfor maintenance activities
3.QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER
- •Supervise and lead a tam of quality technicians, provide guldance, training and support in quality control processes
- analyze quality data, conductr rrend analysis, and provide regular reports on quality prformaoe to managment, higlighting areas for improvement and oppertunities for corrective actions
- Ensurs oompliance with safety reguations and promote asafe working avironment for maintenanoe personal ete
4. HCM Officer
- Supervise employee administration
- Supervise operational activities align with SOP
- Manpoeer needs analysis, ete
5. License Officer
- Supervise & coordinate annual work plans (RKT)
- Coordination of company operational activities, ete
6. Project & Maintenance Officer
- Supervise maintenance of bulldings & roads
- Drafting & calculating BOO
- Control office equipment
7.TED Program
- ¡Trained program lot froshpradua
Requirements
- GPA, min 3.00, fresh graduates or experienced (2,3,4,5,6,7)
- Min 3 years experience (1)
- Bachelor degree or Diploma 3 of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
- Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply
- Chain Management, Operation Management (1,2,3,6,7)
- Bachelor degree of Management, Psychology, Communication (4,7)
- Bachelor degree of Forestry, Agriculture (5,7)
- Bachelor degree of Biology, Accounting (7)
- Willing to be placed at all operational areas (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
