- Minimum education of Senior High School.
- At least 3 years of experience in mining development and civil earthworks.
- Experience in dam construction and project scheduling is preferred.
- Possession of a POP/POM certificate is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet usage.
- Strong communication skills, with maturity in directing and developing subordinates.
- Strong skills in monitoring, evaluation, and report preparation.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to quickly absorb new information and apply relevant knowledge to problem-solving
