1. Internet Business Development

Work Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Major
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • More than 3 years of experience in business development or Internet technology digital marketing
  • Passionate about business development, sales, project management, motivated in the technology industry. Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in a multicultural environment and able to adapt to overseas business trips

Job Responsibilities :

  • Explore the B2B market and partner needs by developing personalized and professional advertising/marketing services (including OEM pre-installation, App store, browser, etc.), negotiate and cooperate with business partners, and be responsible for revenue KPI
  • Maintain and build good relationships with business partners, plan revenue growth strategies (including potential customer targets, multi-marketing programs, etc.)
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluate against objectives (KPIs), identify problems and provide solutions
  • Marketing research: as a window for mobile Internet business, provides the team with correct marketing information to optimize business and production

2. Office Support Specialist

Job Description :

  • Responsible for the operation, management, domestic arrangement, and reservation of the Apartment & Canteen, including the maid arrangement
  • Coordinate with cross-functions (chef, maid, other departments) and manage the food consumption and delivery

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in Mandarin
  • 1 up to 2 years experience in related field
  • Willing to work overtime to coordinate work on the weekends if found necessary

3. Department Assistan

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above in any major
  • Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience as assistant or admin
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin both in oral and written communication. (Overseas study experience in China is a plus point )
  • Have good interpersonal, cooperation, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong self-motivation to learn
  • A result-oriented, detail-oriented, patient & responsive person

Job Responsibility :

  • Responsible for document translation from Chinese to English or Indonesia and vice versa
  • Responsible for arranging team activities, such as weekly meetings or monthly meetings.
  • Responsible for department assets management.
  • Administration work for the division such as making a reimbursement form, office request form, etc.

4. Material Management

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • Conversational English
  • Conversational Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates up to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply
  • Able to use Ms. Office, specifically Excel

Job Description :

  • Supply chain management, manage aftersales material
  • Create weekly and monthly plans for material supply and demand
  • Communicate with HQ, distributors, factory, and the service center
  • Stock audit with the related parties
