1. Trade Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

Plan and control the activities related to promotional strategies for a specific outlet/ channel distribution, in order to ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met. These responsibilities include: manage channel investment, develop channel activity, solve channel problem, implement activity plan, evaluate activity implementation.

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical), Business Studies /Administration
   /Management, Economics or eguivalent.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably candidates with 1 years experience in related field.
3. Excellent analytical skill presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written
4. English and Indonesia.
5. Computer literacy to include : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.
6. Creative and proactive.

2. Quality Assurance Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Control and monitor testing and inspection of material and products to ensure finished products guality.
2. Review the implementation and efficiency of guality and inspection system
3. Maintain all specification documents and other support documents always up to date
4. Maintain all testing eguipmentsare controlled and adeguate
5. Supervise and coordinate OA member and give training related to guality.
6. Coordinate and conduct Zero Batch Production for new/improved product /material

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
2. Fresh graduate are welcome but preferably having at least 1 (one) year experience in the related field
3. Have basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001, GMP & GLP
4. Have good analytical and problem solving skill, team player, good interpersonaland communication skill
5. Passianate, honest and adaptive
6. Computer literate and good command in English
7. Willing to be placed in Karawang factory

3. Payroll & Benefit Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Control, check & make payroll report & fringe benefit.
2. Responsible for processing the monthty payroll and overtime.
3. Running & analyzing payroll reports.
4. Maintaining & improving procedures.

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’ degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human resources management, or related preferred.
2. Preferabiy with 2 years experiences.
3. Know about tax calculation and payroll software knowledge is an advantage.
4. Ability to work within a fast-paced, multi-tasking, always evolving environment while ensuring a high level detail and accuracy.
5. A good understanding of employment.
6. Effective in both spoken and written English.
7. Cikarang Factory Based.

4. Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum / guarterly / monthly / weekly.
2. Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target.

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Economics Management, Marketing, Commerce or eguivalent. Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
2. Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership. Have good command in English.
3. Challenge achieve target, creative, able to work under pressure an independent.
4. Willing to travel and to be placed all over Indonesia.
5. Have driving license (SIM A)
6. Placement based: Sumatera Utara, Jawa Timur and Makassar.
