PROJECT MANAGER MEDAN
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Manage and lead the projectteam
- Analytical with good planning and organizational skils also strongly result focused.
- Adaptable and able to respond to change
- Work closely with related team
Qualification :
- Age between 40-45 years old
- Minimum 10-15 years experience and min. 5 years experience as a Project Manager in mix-use or high rise building (apartment or hotel) at contractor or in-house developers team.
- Candidate must posses at Ieast a Bachelor Degree (SI) in CWII Engineering from reputable university or Master Degree (S2) from reputable or overseas university.
- Have strong Ieadership/management competencies to manage and lead the project team as well asateam player.
- Problem solving orientation.
- Analytical with good planning and organizational skils also strongly result focused.
- Adaptable and able to respond to change.
- High personal integrity & good level of problem analysis skills
- IT knowledge : CAD, Tab, Microsoft Project, Sketch up (beneficial, MS Office & Power Point.
- Excellent communication & presentation skils both in Indonesia & English (writing & conversation) with an ability to buila strong relationship.
- Able to workat flexible hour & under pressure
