1. Customer Fulfilment Unit Operation Support Co-worker
(CFU/Customer Fulfilment Unit)

Job Description :

  • Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the Central Fulfilment Unit tasks. Perform effectively the Central Fullfilment Unit operation and administrative tasks that support an efficient process.
  • Responsible for a high performing daily operations and an efficient fulfilment network. Also for excellence in operations, quality and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) under the scope of Central Fulfilment in the market to exceed customer expectations.
  • Responsible for capturing and sharing of best practices, creating synergies, enabling common ways of working, monitoring relevant performance and by acting and initiating corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Be the second of contact in Central Fullfilment Unit (CFU) for Supply Chain partners in regards to quality-related topics.
  • Your daily tasks include the responsibility to decide and act on how to handle products that have been returned by our customers, that have been damaged in the store or that in any other way are not possible to offer to our customers.

Requirements :

  • Experience of working in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment. Preferably experienced in retail and/or logistics processes, tools, and working methods. Problem solving experience.
  • Good communication skills (both spoken and written). Good personal discipline and good attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to work a mix of day and work individually or in a team.

2. E-commerce Business Process Specialist

Job Description :

  • You move the business forward by basing change requests and process development on incident analyses and customer feedback.

  • You actively contribute in the gathering of insights from home visit interviews and translating this knowledge into locally relevant, functional, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • You secure high quality, simple and efficient solutions when planning and implementing all range presentation solutions using global tools, content and best practices.
  • You exploit commercial opportunities with the E-commerce sales, commercial activities and Communication & Interior Design teams by contributing and owning to the solution presentation.

4. Shop Design Specialist

Job Description :

  • Responsible to design retails spaces and layouts solutions and also all visual merchandising related tasks to become visually attractive, and drive sales. Also responsible for all related tasks according to IKEA Store Establishment Process.
  • Encourage peers to improve their knowledge of customer buying behavior, gather insights from market intelligence.
  • Ensure the use of global tools and adjust the global solutions to be locally relevant.
  • Create inspiring presentation solutions by using the knowledge of people’s needs and dreams that reflect a wide variety of styles.

11. Sales Support

Job Description :

  • Knowing our global priorities, our range, the national market and competition to actively support Sales Leaders to develop their home furnishing business plan. Also support Sales Leaders by analyzing the range frame, to ensure the correct range for every store.
  • Supporting price change management process, to upload the price changes form and monitoring the result in system. You ensure the price reflect correctly in store without issue. You also knowing the principles of the mechanical sales system and using this to check in-store communication and supports the process.
  • Coordinate the year cycle and knowing the timetable and priorities of annual sales meeting, both national and international. Including having a good knowledge of how stores work, the country commercial calendar and the needs of customers.

  • You secure the vitality of our stores in all media by working closely with the commercial team and marketing. Using the knowledge to secure a range mix that is appropriate for our national market. Including analyze store performance, customer feedback and the database to identify commercial activities.
  • You ensure a qualitative and efficient implementation in the country, securing that all functions take responsibility for delivering their part.
