- SUPERVISOR
- COMMAND CENTER
- ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEM (SEC 2402008)
- This position will be located at the Martabe Site in the Security Department and will report directly to the Manager – Security.
- The responsibilities of the Supervisor – Command Center & Electronic Security System
is to oversee the operation and management of the CCTV Control Room, which serves as the central hub for site-wide security monitoring. Provide technical expertise in the operation and maintenance of the CCTV system and other electronic security systems. Supervise the daily activities of control room personnel, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols. Coordinate the deployment of reserve staff to respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner. Escalate critical security incidents to the Security Manager for immediate action and communication. Maintain a deep understanding of control room equipment and electronic security systems through ongoing training and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer/Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related field. (OR) Diploma degree (D3) in Computer Systems.
- Desirable: Gada Pratama/Madya certification.
- Drone operating license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a supervisor of a security command center in a mining, oil/gas, factory, or plantation site.
- Proficient in operating drones.
- Strong understanding of security monitoring techniques.
- Expert in security electronic systems (CCTV, access control, intruder detection, drone patrol, and radio communication). 8. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical and electronic system problems.
- Proficient in standard Windows applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Mine Safety (Occupational Health & Safety) and Environmental Acts & Regulations.
