HR PAYROLL SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Collaborate with HR and Management to ensure internal equity in compensation.
- Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in compliance with applicable laws.
- Serve as the point of contract for employees regarding benefit inquiries, claims and issues.
- Process payroll accurately and punctually, ensuring all deductions, taxes, and adjustments are applied correctly.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
- Manage HRIS and payroll systems to maintain employee data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Generate reports related to compensation, benefits and payroll for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in compensations, benefits, and payroll regulations.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration and payroll regulations.
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy in handling payroll and compensation data.
- Experienced with HRIS, payroll systems and benefit administration platforms.
- Placement in Rumah Sakit Columbia Asia Medan.
PURCHASING MANAGER
Job Description:
- Take an active role in providing information for development Procurement Operations Plan, plan work activities identifying risks, governance, and control.
- Lead the team to investigate misses/accidents/qualities day to day and provide the specialties procurement knowledge to resolve the issues.
- Lead operational procurement in line with purchasing corporate central policies and manuals, trust orders, and financial instructions related to revenue and capital direction from management.
- Have a strong leadership skill, able to be assertive, comfortable in making decisions and commercial.
- Have the ability to lead multi-users and work effectively in a multi-functional team.
- Independent thinker and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain communication to stakeholders and vendors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university and related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients and suppliers.
- Good understanding of MRP cycle ORACLE software platforms.
- Good knowledge about pharmacy, medical supplies, and medical equipments.
- Skilled in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

NURSE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pendidikan S1 Profesi Ners.
- Memiliki STR valid dan aktif.
- Wajib memiliki sertifikat BTCLS.
- Min. 1 tahun pengalaman di Rawat Inap/ICU.
- Disiplin dan mempunyai keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di RSCA Medan (JI. Listrik no. 2A, Medan)
DOKTER UMUM
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan S1 Profesi Dokter Umum.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Dokter Umum.
- Memiliki STR yang masih berlaku dan aktif.
- Memiliki sertifikat ACLS, ATLS, dan Hiperkes.
- Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Berorientasi pada pelayanan terhadap pasien.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Rumah Sakit Columbia Asia Medan (JI. Listrik No.2A, Medan).
