OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Job Description:
- Reporting to General Manager, Operation Manager is accountable for the management, policies, operation and revenue generating ancillary services
- Provide leadership and guidance in directing and developing for the effective and efficient operation of ancillary services which includes: Laboratory, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, Radiology, Food & Nutrition, and Customer Care.
- Be accountable for achievement of overall performance targets and budgets of the hospital ancillary business
- Be subject matter expert in field of ancillary, actively contribute in the Hospital Management discussion to support them in hospital business planning/decision-making
- Lead decision-making discussions within division so as to ensure smooth day-to-day hospital ancillary operation
- Able to make an annual budget plan : manpower budget and operational division (laboratory, marketing, physiotherapy, customer care, pharmacy,radiology) costs budget
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in ancillary service operations, along with 3 years of managerial experience.
- Bachelor degree from educational background of medical field (its a MUST)
- English language ability (is a MUST)- for both verbal and written
- 35 – 45 years old
- Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
