PT Indra Angkola Group (IAG) dimulai dari usaha minyak dan gas (migas) keluarga bapak Indra Angkola sejak tahun 1945 yang pada saat itu menjadi salah satu penyalur Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) merek Stanvac (afiliasi SHELL) di wilayah Padang Sidempuan, Sumatera Utara (Sumut). Kemudian setelah adanya nasionalisasi aset migas asing pada tahun 1965, mulai berdirinya PERMINA (cikal bakal Pertamina) dan kemudian badan penyalur tersebut ditingkatkan statusnya dengan membangun menjadi SPBU Pertamina di tahun 1971.
Pada Tahun 1971, sang founder juga mendirikan PT. Indra Angkola yang melanjutkan pengembangan usaha SPBU nya menjadi transportir BBM dan Agen Minyak tanah di wilayah Tapanuli bagian Selatan. Pada Tahun 1986, beliau diberi kepercayaan untuk mengembangkan bisnis elpiji Pertamina di wilayah pemasaran Sumut bagian Selatan yang meliputi Nias, Sibolga, Padang Sidempuan dan Mandailing Natal.
Seiring dengan keluarnya UU Pemerintah no. 22 tahun 2001 tentang liberalisasi kegiatan usaha hilir migas serta Peraturan Pemerintahan no. 36 tahun 2004, pemerintah membuka kesempatan kepada swasta untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan usaha hilir migas yang diselenggarakan melalui mekanisme persaingan usaha yang sehat dan transparan.
Hal ini melatarbelakangi Indra Angkola Group untuk ikut serta menjadi stakeholder dalam penyaluran BBM lndustri dengan menjadi Agen/Penyalur BBM Industri untuk Pertamina group sejak 30 Januari 2007, bernama PT INDRA ANGKOLA ENERGI.
Penyaluran BBM lndustri di darat dilakukan dengan mobil tangki, yang dimulai dari wilayah Sumatera Utara. Kemudian berkembang mencakup seluruh wilayah Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan dan Sulawesi. Kemudian pada awal tahun 2016, penyaluran dan pelayanan BBM juga meliputi wilayah laut dengan memilik SPOB (Self-Propelled Oil Barge) di Belawan. SPOB melakukan bunker service (ship to ship).

Job Description:
- Ensure and evaluate fulfillment of workforce needs
- Analyze the effectiveness of training results on the performance of all employees
- Create and update the organizational structure of work units and group companies.
- Design the implementation of training programs and/or individual employee development
- Review and update the SOP and Job Desc of all departments.
- Monitoring and processing company licenses such as company regulations and mandatory labor repots
- Direct, monitor and control activities related to labor relations problem solving
- Conduct periodic analysis and evaluation of employee compensation system
- Prepare HRD data related to the implementation of ISO 9001 system and monitor the implementation of ISO in the company.
Qualifications:
- Education S1 Psychology/Law/HR Management
- Min. 8 years experience as SPV HRD & GA
- Preferably master the Training & Development system and KPI
- Understand the rules of labor law, C & B and industrial relations Proficient in Ms. Office, PPT, Visio and HRIS programs
- Experienced in licensing and coordinating with regulatory agencies
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 (Added Value)
- Possess at least the HR Supervisor certificate from BNSP (added value)

- Conduct competitive procing analysis
- Analyze customer delivery feasibility and make TOP and credit limit cutomer proposals
- Prepare price quotations for customers
- • Visit Customers regularly, look for new customers and follow up customers for return orders.
Qualifications:
- Education S1 All majors
- At least 2 yeras as a marketing Executive B2B, sales (engineer, Oil,FMCG)
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill
