Machine Operator
QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have good knowledge about process production.
- Good analytical, independent person.
- Able working shift.
- Work placed on KIM 2 Mabar.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To prepare material, utility before starting production.
- To make sure machine readiness, cleanness and safety for operation.
- To monitor process parameter as per work instruction.
- To record and report production quantity ,shift rate, achievement, down time, manpower
- Switching off machine at the end of working time.
- Inform supervisor in case of machine deviation or breakdown.
- To coordinate with mechanical and electrical people to handle machine breakdown.
- To help mechanical or electrical people to solve mechanical or electrical problem.
- To carry out any other duties entrusted to him/her by his/her superior.
- Make sure the effective operational and maintain of the effective food & safety management system, ISO 9001, 22000, 14001, SMK3, Halal, SNI, RSPO & HACCP.
