Kualifikasi

1. Minimum 2 years experience as sous chef of 5 year: in chef de partie in high traffic restaurant with westem & asian background cuisine
2. Strong sense of creative & innovative approeach on food development with extensive knowledge in both asian
   and western cuision
3. Good attitude, strong team focus & can effectivelydeliver task to sub ordinate to achieve guests satisfaction through well presents & tastes dishes
4. Food cost focus & understanding HACPP
5. Having pastry background will be an advantange
6. Proficiency in computer knowledge on microsoft ofice
7. Able to control the quality and quantity of the product
8. Able to lead, organize & manage the kitchen staff
9. Having knowledge in kitchen management & GMP
10. Able to work with the target
11. Able to make standard operating procedures of the kitchen to be effective & efficient
12. Able to control production costs
13. Max 40 years old
