PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) adalah sebuah perusahaan pertambangan dengan basis di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang eksplorasi, penambangan, dan pengolahan mineral batangan emas dan perak. Satu-satunya tempat operasinya adalah di Tambang Emas Martabe di Sumatera. Fungsi-fungsi perusahaan dikelola dari Jakarta.
PT Agincourt Resources mempekerjakan lebih dari 3.000 karyawan dan kontraktor, di mana lebih dari 99% di antaranya adalah warga negara Indonesia, dan lebih dari 70% di antaranya direkrut dari penduduk setempat.
PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara (PTDTN) adalah pemegang saham utama PT Agincourt Resources, dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 95%. Pemegang saham PTDTN adalah PT United Tractors Tbk sebanyak 60% dan PT Pamapersada Nusantara sebanyak 40%. Perusahaan-perusahaan ini adalah bagian dari grup PT Astra International Tbk. Lowongan Kerja Medan PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR)
1. Supervisor – Environmental Assurance (ENV 2212078)
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Major in Environment, Chemistry, Biology, Forestry, Water Resources Management or Related Field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Environmental Management in Mining.
- Experience in Waste Management (Hazardous Waste/ Domestic Waste).
- Good level of spoken and written In Bahasa and English.
- Familiar with 3R waste management and environmental campaign program.
- Knowledge of UKL-UPL, AMDAL, RKL-RPL and other environmental compliance requirements.
- Familiar with PROPER documents requirements and Environmental Reporting: Hazardous Waste
- Management and Waste Water Management.
- Familiar with all environmental regulations and environmental permit requirements including compliance inspection and/ or audit.
- Strong understanding of mine environmental management and Indonesian environmental legislations.
- Minimum Intermediate in Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to maintain direction and achieve work objectives with minimal supervision.
2. Junior Supervisor – Environmental Biodiversity (ENV 2212077)
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Major in Environment, Biology, Forestry, Natural Resources Management or Equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Environmental Management in Mining or others. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Biodiversity Management.
- Familiar with Flora Monitoring (low level plants and higher plants).
- Familiar with Fauna Monitoring (Mammal, Avifauna, Insects, and Herpetofauna).
- Familiar with aquatic biology monitoring.
- Familiar with AMDAL, RKL-RPL, Forest Rehabilitation.
- Familiar with developing conservation zones and green belt.
- Extensive knowledge of the Indonesian Environmental Regulations.
- Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, service and target oriented.
- Familiar with environmental post mine rehabilitation and experience in MapInfo/ ArcGIS is good benefit.
- Prefered Female applicant.
This position will be based at Martabe Site in Environment Department, and reports directly to Supervisor – Environmental Biodiversity.
