1. Head of Talent & Culture

Job Description :

  • Develop digital talent & culture strategy for the Group-from talent acquisition, capability building, employee retention and culture building
  • Provide forward thinking in digital talent and culture
  • Plan, design, and implement strategic digital talent & culture programs
  • Foster an environment of experimentation, innovation and customer centricity
  • Institutionalize agile way of working and thinking
  • Manage digital expert community hub to facilitate knowledge sharing among digital talents across business units

Job Requirements :

  • 7+ years old digital talent & culture building experience in tech companies/Startups/VC/Incubator/management consulting
  • Experience in building digital talent & culture strategy and in executing various strategic programs
  • Expertise in customer centricity, agile, innovation and design thinking methodology would be a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with his attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability as a dynamic team player with good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to effectively influence others
  • Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects independently

2. Strategy & Partnership

Job Description :

  • Structure complex, high-priority business questions and presentations for Astra management with compelling, data-driven recommendations
  • Support Head of Strategy & Partnership in developing digital growth strategy for Astra Group
  • Develop best practice framework/approach for business ideations and incubations, in collaboration with external business/technology partners
  • Develop thought leadership across a range of emerging business, technology, and growth topics
  • Design and facilitate co-creation sessions with multidisciplinary teams to identify new digital opportunities for Astra
  • Monitor CoE organization performance across various KPIs
  • Identify potential collaborations to scale up and monetize digital ventures at Astra

Job Requirements :

  • Background in management consulting/Startup/VC/Accelerator is preferable
  • Strong analytics, problem solving, and research skills
  • Excellent project management skill to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects
  • Fluid personality to effectively maneuver across various layers of internal and external stakeholders
  • Work effectively in dealing with ambiguity , High curiosity and hunger for innovation
  • Strong communication skills and possess strong negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in driving partnership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

3. Venture Building

Job Descriptions :

  • Support the development of new venture/product from Discovery, Design, Build and Launch stages
  • Design consumer research and lead design thinking workshop to map customer journey and the pain points
  • Define customer value propositions and develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
  • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, or A/B testing
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions
  • Create business case of new opportunities
  • Grow innovative, ground-breaking products and business that address real customer frictions

Job Requirement :

  • Background in digital product management/business operations/venture builder
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of business requirements and technology implementation in digital business
  • Have experience in technology vendors management to implement apps/system
  • Detailed oriented.Experience in launching new digital product
  • Good understanding of software development practices and coding is a plus
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects
  • Ability to consistently perform comfortably under pressure in a dynamic, ultra-fast-pace environment
